If you are attempting to redeem a valid digital code and you receive an error message stating the code is not valid or recognized, please try the following:
- Ensure the digital code is for a valid digital movie or TV title
- Review and reenter each letter and/or number in the code carefully. Some letters and numbers may appear similar in print (for example, “0” and “O“ or “X” and “K”)
- Ensure that the digital code is for an active offer (i.e., that the title has already been released on Digital Service Provider’s platforms in your territory)
If your purchase should have included a digital code, but the code is:
- Already redeemed
Please submit a request and include the digital code so that we may investigate the issue.
